​The Process Principle of PE Heat Shrinkable Film

PE heat shrinkable film is prone to deformation and is the packaging of many products. Common stationery packaging, beverage bottle packaging, and some tableware packaging in our daily lives are made of PE heat shrinkable film, which generally has strong elasticity and can effectively package goods, prevent product damage, avoid loosening and deformation caused by loose packaging, and meet their different requirements.


1. Process principle


The sudden production process is designed based on the principle of polymer orientation by using the quenching and shaping process method for blow molding. When PVC powder is plasticized into a embryo film, the polymer is stretched longitudinally between the glass transition temperature and the viscous flow temperature, causing the polymer molecular chains to point in the direction of extension. At this point, the film rapidly cools and freezes the deformation caused by the stretching direction. When the film is reheated to 0 temperature (90-110), stress relaxation occurs, which means that the oriented molecular chains dissociate, and the tense stretching chains return to the folded chains in the relaxed state before orientation, providing good shrinkage performance for the shrink film. 2.
